Catholic Couples
Catholic Couples gathers couples in the parish together once a month from September through May (six couples or less to a group). We meet at one couple’s home for a simple meal and then conduct a marriage enrichment program, designed to help couples grow closer to one another and enrich their bond in the sacrament of marriage. Anyone interested in learning more about Catholic Couples may contact Sandy and Harold Hinrichs at hinrichs22@bellsouth.net, 875-0279, or email mqpcatholiccouples@gmail.com.

Child Care
Mary, Queen of Peace provides child care for children ages 1 to 4 during 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Mass on Sundays. It also provides child care for children of all ages during select evening ministry meetings and special parish events including parish missions and workshops. The child care room is located adjacent to the main foyer in the parish center. Coffee and Doughnuts
On the first Sunday of each month, coffee and doughnuts are served in the cafeteria after the 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Masses. Covenant of Love
Covenant of Love is a marriage ministry designed to build stronger marriages. Our monthly gatherings are designed to help strengthen couples love for each other, by providing insights into God's plan for marriage. The ministry helps couples foster a deeper appreciation and receptivity of the sacraments. Practical suggestions are given to assist couples in living out their vocation, and good fellowship is built between other married couples. For more information, email Lynn and Brent Ward at mqpcovenantoflove@gmail.com

Family Life Committee
The Family Life Ministry is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of adults in the community. Programs in marriage enrichment, marriage preparation, annulment proceedings, parenting support, and spiritual growth are either on-going or being initiated. The goal of the ministry is to provide support in all phases of family life for the members of the parish community. For more information, please contact the ministry leaders, Deacon Eddy & Susan Beckendorf 792-1192 or e-maildeaconeddy@gmail.com.

Family Night
Family Night is a chance for members of our parish family to gather for fellowship, food and fun! Meals are $5 a plate, and inflatables and movies are on hand for the kids. Come meet old friends and make new ones, 5:30 to 7:00 p.m., every first Friday. Contact John and Donna Tomba at john.tomba@e-hps.com

Marriage Preparation
Marriage Preparation is a ministry in which a married couple works with an engaged couple to help prepare them for the sacrament of matrimony and a lifetime of living and loving together. This mentoring takes place in the privacy of the home setting and includes six 2-hour sessions. The sessions are scheduled at the convenience of both couples and can be spaced out over 3-6 months. Married couples who wish to become mentors go through a one day training program offered by the archdiocese and step by step guidance to lead them through the process. This is an extraordinary opportunity for married couples to positively impact engaged couples, while nurturing their own marital commitment.  Contact John & Valerie Englehardt, 845-0528 or 778-1935.

Naim (Widows)
Widowed parishioners are invited to join NAIM, a ministry exclusively for widows and widowers. NAIM members meet on the third Friday of each month for lunch at 11:30 a.m. followed by a business meeting. For information contact Alice Childress at 875-7670 or Marsha Davis at litlnurs@bellsouth.net.

Our goal is to offer support, advice, and friendship as we strive to bring our children and ourselves on the path to greater holiness. We meet for park play days, monthly socials and discussions, praying the rosary, and service projects. All mothers (seasoned, new and expecting) and their children are welcome. Please come join us! Supper and Substance
Supper and Substance provides an opportunity for couples to have an evening out together while enjoying a nice meal and witnessing an inspiring presentation. Couples will be able to create relationships with other couples that may be walking along similar paths and sharing similar experiences. Supper and Substance not only helps us grow closer together as a couple, it also helps strengthen our relationship with our parish.
